At OnePlug, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Underwear and intimate wear
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards and digital products


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- We will notify you of the status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your **original payment method


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (images/videos).


5. Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for **return shipping costs** unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (e.g. PayPal or your bank)
- If the issue persists, contact us
