At ONEPLUG, we work with international suppliers to bring you a wide range of products at competitive prices. Because of this, shipping times and costs may vary.

  • Once processed, your order is placed with our international suppliers

2. Shipping Times

As we source products from overseas (primarily China), delivery times may vary:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–30 business days
  • In some cases, orders may arrive sooner or experience slight delays depending on logistics and customs

We ask customers to order with this timeframe in mind.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not fixed and may vary depending on the supplier, product, and delivery location
  • In some cases, shipping fees may be confirmed or adjusted after the order is placed
  • If there are any changes to shipping costs, we will notify you before processing further

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking may not always be immediately available
  • Once tracking is provided by the supplier, we will send it to you via email or SMS

5. Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers
  • This means items may arrive at different times

6. Delays

Delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist where possible.

7. Customs & Duties

8. Incorrect Address

  • ONEPLUG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

9. Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us
  • We will investigate with the supplier and provide a resolution

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Damaged items due to misuse or negligence

How to Return

  2. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
